Description Koenker's work explores social and feminist themes using a range of media including audio, text, narrative, sculptural objects, photography, print and textile.
This print features the images of planets printed onto a floral background below which an acronym generated verse can be read, giving the sense of an oneness within the universe.

Biographical Information:
Deborah Koenker received a BA from the University of California, did post-graduate work at Central St. Martins, and earned a MFA from Claremont Graduate University. She is an Associate Professor at ECI. She aided in the establishment of the Malaspina Printmakers Workshop. Koenker has an extensive record of exhibitions spanning 30 years to date in Canada, the United States, and Mexico and is represented in 26 public collections in Canada and the United States.
