Inspired by musical notation and form, Anne Harris' work displays movement and freedom despite being made from a combination of solid materials such as bronze.
Anne Harris is a sculptor from Woodstock, Ontario. Harris first launched her career after visiting New York City in 1974. After studying at Central Technical School and the Ontario College of Art, she went on to become one of Canada's most prominent sculptors, with a career spawning more than three decades. Her work has been featured in nearly 40 exhibitions across North America and is included in over 100 private and public collections. In Canada, two of her sculptures can be found in the Official Residence of the Prime Minister.
